Data Entry / Clerical Assistant
Local McMinn county company looking to hire someone for data entry and clerical assistant to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
o possess at least 2 years of advanced data entry experience
o be able to multi-task
o be able to work in an environment with dual monitors and use multiple programs simultaneously
o have great computer skills
o be able to accurately input large amounts of data into database
o answer phones and assist customers
Qualifications and Requirements:
A high school diploma and at least 2 years’ experience in data entry / providing clerical support. Professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment are essential. Requires the ability to work with minimal supervision and a strong, self-motivated work ethic. Strong computer skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Word, Excel and Outlook skills are required. Position requires excellent communication, organizational and time management skills as well as the desire to work in a team environment.
